Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible; however, please allow up to 7 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be shipped.

 

We offer international shipping! Rates are calculated based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your country. Itsshukran cannot be held responsible for these charges, and the recipient is liable. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on duties and taxes.

We are not responsible for accepting returns or issuing refunds if customs fees are declined by the customer. Shipments rejected by the recipient may incur redirection fees. If a package is returned, the customer forfeits the original shipping costs.
